Shilo Village has this amazing mine dedicated for gems! It can be found in the North-Western Corner of Shilo Village.

Directions
Use the fairy ring code (C*K*R) and then run South, then East to the Shilo Village Entrance. Then run across the bridge to the North-Western corner of Shilo Village.

The upper gem mine is accessible to all members who have completed the quest Shilo Village. The lower mine can only be accessed when wearing the Karamja gloves 3 or higher. In the lower portion of the mine is the entrance to the gemstone dragons.
