Any type of ritual that can be done at Ungael will have a random chance of upgrading the ring; the type or level of ritual does not affect the chance. Guaranteed to upgrade by completion of the 100th ritual. Upgrading the ring will also complete the "A Reptile's Dysfunction" Achievement for the $ilnkfull21980.
