Notes
To <a href="/rs3/skill/crafting">Craft</a> yak-hide armor, you will need to have this item <a href="/database/item/cured-yak-hide">cured</a> first. This can be done by taking a Yak-hide and 5 <a href="/database/item/coins">Coins</a> to <a href="/database/npc/thakkrad-sigmundson">Thakkrad Sigmundson</a>.

All Yaks will produce this item when harvested. Without any perks, you can obtain 3 batches hide if grown to <a href="$srlnk1044#age">Elder</a>; this will take about 3 days and 8 hours total. Each growth stage will earn you 1 hide.
