Wool

Used to make a <a href="/database/item/ball-of-wool">Ball of wool</a> (Exp: 2.5); Used to create a Cushioned basket or Fishing net in your <a href="/rs3/skill/construction">Player-Owned House</a>; Used on a cat to play with it.

Note that if given to a cat you will not receive your wool back. This probably came from a sheep. You can spin it into a ball of wool at a spinning wheel.
