Notes
This ring was a reward for helping your clan citadel grow. It could be claimed after working at one of the clan skilling areas and contributing resources to the storehouse.
This ring was useless until it has been charged with skill potential. The experience that can be gained in each skill can be checked by standing in the skilling plot and using the 'Check-potential' option on the ring. A message will appear in the chatbox telling you how much bonus experience you would receive if you choose that skill. The 'Charge' option accepts that skill as the choice and changes the ring to one named after selected skill. The charged ring can then be used while skilling to gain 1.5x the normal experience until the potential is used up and the ring disappears. This item may not be claimed anymore from the Quartermaster.
