When arranged in the correct order and translated using the Translation book they spell the word O-P-E-N. Use them in the correct order (T-U-Z-O) on the barrels at Glough's watchtower to unlock a trapdoor. If lost, they can be retrieved by talking to King Narnode Shareen again.
