To be awarded this cape, you must have dealt the majority of your damage in the TokHaar Fight Kiln using ranged.
This is the second best ranged cape-slot item in the game after the Completionist cape, however it does not collect ammunition like Ava's alerter.
Wearing this cape doubles the base damage dealt by Fire spells against Ice strykewyrms and adds an additional 200 damage to each hit, or 40 for any attack other than a Fire spell. However, it is recommended to obtain and use the TokHaar-Kal-Mej instead as it provides a Magic bonus.
You can trade this cape along with the TokHaar-Kal-Ket and TokHaar-Kal-Mej for an Enhanced Fire cape cosmetic override by talking to TzHaar-Mej-Jeh.
