Making the Tetsu katana requires 1 Tengu tsuba, 100 plates, and 50 pearls.
Making the Tetsu wakizashi requires 1 Tengu tsuba, 50 plates, and 25 pearls.
Tengu tsuba can also be used to repair both items after degrading during use in combat. 1 Tengu tsuba will repair the Tetsu katana by 50%, thus 2 are need for a full 100% repair. 1 Tengu tsuba will repair the Tetsu wakizashi by 95%.
