Where Found
Reaching floor 20 in Endurance mode in the Dominion tower minigame unlocks this enhancement for the Dominion medallion.
Item Uses
Can be used to teleport to the Dominion Tower, up to three times per day.
Can be used to get a battle status report. This will show the floor you are on, the mode you selected (Climber, Endurance, Special or Freestyle), your current opponent(s) and your current Dominion Factor.
Provides a +8 boost to Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic when worn in the tower, however removing the medallion removes the stat boost.

Notes
Cannot be alched. If you destroy the medaillon you can get another one by talking to the large face in the Dominion tower again.
