Partial completion of <a href="/rs3/quest/while-guthix-sleeps">While Guthix Sleeps</a> to obtain.
Where Found
Found by searching a desk in <a href="/database/npc/dark-squall">Dark Squall</a>'s room within the caverns beneath the Black Knights' Fortress.
Item Uses
Used, along with a <a href="/database/item/death-rune">Death</a> and <a href="/database/item/law-rune">Law</a> rune, to teleport to the wilderness hideout of the Dagon'hai.
Notes
You must teleport from the room above <a href="/database/npc/dark-squall">Dark Squall</a>'s for it to work.

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from the desk.
<br/><br/>
There is no need to keep this item after the quest has been completed, though it will still teleport you to the camp and you can kill Undead trolls here. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
