Notes
During and after the Underground Pass quest, Koftik in the Underground Pass dungeon will give you a Damp cloth. Use the Damp cloth on Steel arrows to get this, and then use the arrows on the nearby fire, or use the right click option to get Steel fire arrows (lit). They have the same Ranged Strength bonus as regular Steel arrows, however they, along with any other fire arrow, can pierce the rope in the Underground Pass (dungeon) and lower the bridge so that a player may walk across.
