Notes
A starfury staff is made by talking to Ivar just inside the Artisan's Workshop in Falador. To make the staff you will need a Starfire staff and a Starborn diamond.
Using the "Change" option will allow you to change the level of the weapon. The options are levels 1, 20, 40 or 60. This will change this bow into one of the following; Starfury staff (20), Starfury staff (40), or Starfury staff (60).
