Notes
A starfire staff is made by talking to Ivar just inside the Artisan's Workshop in Falador. To make the staff you will need 10,000 Starlight ore and some Staff blueprints.
Using the "Change" option will allow you to change the level of the weapon. The options are levels 1, 10, 20 or 30. This will change this staff into one of the following; Starfire staff 1, Starfire staff 3, or Starfire staff 4.
