Wield for combat; This staff has a special attack called "Power of Light" which requires 100% adrenaline/special attack energy and reduces damage from Melee attacks by 50% for 60 seconds.
When used to cast combat spells, this staff has a 12.5% chance to not consume any runes. This chance increases to 20% when wearing Combat robes obtained from Fist of Guthix and 50% when wearing Battle robes.
This can be used to cast Slayer Dart as a more accurate alternative to a Slayer's staff.
