Equipped to save charms when creating familiar pouches using the <a href="/rs3/skill/summoning">Summoning</a> skill; Used on an active Spirit onyx to add charges.
Notes
This item can be made by forging 3 <a href="/database/item/spirit-dragonstone">Spirit dragonstones</a>, resulting in a net loss of 90 charges, but an increase of 10% chance to use charges.<br/><br/>
When equipped, this item becomes a spirit onyx (a). While worn, whenever the player creates a familiar pouch they have a 60% chance of not using a charm to create it; a charge is used each time it does not consume a charm. Spirit onyxes have 60 charges and the item is destroyed once they are all used. Using another spirit onyx on it will consume the inactive one and add its charges to the active one. You can combine up to 960 charges in an active spirit onyx.<br/><br/>
Inspecting an active spirit onyx with full charges provides the option to convert it back into an inactive one.
