A backpack that has the chance to give an experience boost while skilling.
Notes
Depending on how much you helped during the event determines how much charge your backpack will have upon receiving it.
10% - You will receive the Skilling backpack with 5 charges. It gives 10 minute 1% XP boost and skilling rewards.
30% - 15 charges on the backpack.
50% - There is now a chance of a 3% experience boost for 10 minutes. And you receive the cosmetic override.
70% - 25 charges on the backpack.
90% - The backpack can give a 5% experience boost lasting 10 minutes, as well as 50 charges.
There is currently no known way to recharge the backpack once all charges have been used.
