Used in the Carnillean Rising quest (See Notes Section).
Notes
You give this to Clause during the Carnillean Rising quest as an extra reward for Philipe Carnillean to find during his quest. If you destroy this item you can obtain a new one from the main bedroom again but only while Butler Crichton is following you. If you attempt to open it during the quest you will receive a message stating "It's not yours." however; this pouch is one of the quest rewards which, when opened then, gives you five thousand coins.
