Used to open the chest in the Yanille dungeon, the room south of the entrance, through the obstacle pipe (level 49 Agility required).
Notes
The sinister key is used to open a chest in the Yanille Agility Dungeon which gives you a variety of grimy herbs. The chest contains 2 Grimy harralander, 3 grimy Ranarr, 1 Grimy irit, 1 Grimy avantoe, 1 Grimy kwuarm and 1 Grimy torstol. When you open the chest, you get poisoned, so it is recommended to have an Antipoison or Super antipoison with you.
