Where Found
Promotional item won from Treasure Hunter in 2014 and 2015 (Christmas Advent Calendar). If destroyed/lost they can be reclaimed from Diango, however there will not be any charges with the boots.
Item Uses
To create these boots you will need to combine 500 Silverhawk feathers, Silverhawk boot uppers, Silverhawk boot soles, and Silverhawk boot tongues.
The boots give experience towards agility every charge, this can be achieved whilst you do the following; For every minute you spend running, Whenever you unleash an ultimate ability in combat, and Occasionally whilst skilling. They can be recharged with Silverhawk feathers.
Notes
It is worth noting that you can add feathers whenever you like, but that the maximum charges cannot exceed 500, each feather gives 1 charge. The boots also have an emote which you can activate by right clicking them.
