To create these boots you will need to combine 500 Silverhawk feathers, Silverhawk boot uppers, Silverhawk boot soles, and Silverhawk boot tongues. The boots give experience towards agility every charge, this can be achieved whilst you do the following; For every minute you spend running, Whenever you unleash an ultimate ability in combat, and Occasionally whilst skilling. They can be recharged with Silverhawk feathers.
