Uses
This item can be used to create the Silverhawk boots, which give you agility experience. To create the boots you will need this item along with 500 Silverhawk feathers, Silverhawk boot uppers, and Silverhawk boot tongues. The item can also be exchanged into Silverhawk feathers, however this is only recommended if you already have the boots. You will gain 50 Silverhawk feathers by converting them.
