Item Uses
Prevents aggression from all monsters in the <a href="/rs3/special/god-wars-dungeon">God Wars Dungeon</a> (excluding those in the boss rooms), as well as Muspah and Nihil in Mah’s Pit and Cradle, respectively; Using on the memoriam device in the sanctum on Freneskae allows you to talk to Zaros and view cutscenes; Using on Seren in Prifddinas "awards" you with special dialog.
Notes
After completion of the associated quests, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from the Memoriam Device in the Sanctum.

If you will be going to the <a href="/rs3/special/god-wars-dungeon">God Wars Dungeon</a> at all, it is highly suggested to keep this item. If that is not somewhere you plan to venture though, it isn't much help to you. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
