Item Uses
Worn to prevent aggression from monsters within the <a href="/rs3/special/the-heart-of-gielinor-god-wars-2">The Heart of Gielinor (God Wars 2)</a> and increases multiplier maximum to 400%.
Notes
When in a bank area and without a follower, you can use "Reminisce" and view three cut scenes from the quest. Theses scenes include:

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained by investigating Mah's body on Freneskae.

If you will be going to <a href="/rs3/special/the-heart-of-gielinor-god-wars-2">The Heart of Gielinor (God Wars 2)</a> at all, it is highly suggested to keep this item. If that is not somewhere you plan to venture though, it isn't much help to you. As such, it can be destroyed or kept as you desire.
