You can turn this item into one of the three opposing factions in The Heart of Gielinor; Helwyr's Chosen, Vindicta's Chosen or Furies' Chosen for five reputation each.
Notes
You can use Insignia's of the opposing faction to collect this item automatically and turn it to reputation upon it's drop. If there are multiple people in the instance, the top 5 damage dealers will be the only ones to receive the Seal. You can now keep this upon death.
