This must be given to Nails Newton, outside of the pub in Taverley, to obtain a Forged letter. You can only open the chest once you have given Rolo the Stout a Mouth-watering pie, which makes him sick, and he will leave the chest unattended.
If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by stealing another one from the chest.
