Activated and worn to obtain make monsters aggressive and to receive extra <a href="/rs3/skill/combat">Combat</a> and <a href="/rs3/skill/slayer">Slayer</a> experience but no drops. This lasts for 1 hour.

Made by combining a <a href="/database/item/scrimshaw-of-sacrifice-inactive">Scrimshaw of sacrifice (inactive)</a> and a <a href="/database/item/scrimshaw-of-aggression-inactive">Scrimshaw of aggression (inactive)</a>.

Note that when activated, it is only 1 random monster in your current area that will become aggressive at a time. You cannot use it to make multiple monsters aggressive to you at one time.
