Item Uses
Equipped to reduce the chance of a Runecrafting pouch to degrade (effect stacks with Infinity ethereal outfit); used to create a Combined Catalyst fragment (See Notes).
Notes
When used with the Farmer's and Hunter's catalyst fragments, a Combined Catalyst fragment can be made. This will allow you to take advantage of all three catalyst functions as well as give access to Manifested knowledge when the Combined Catalyst fragment is worn with Ring of Whispers and Necklace of Shadows.
There are no disadvantages to combining this Catalyst fragment with the other two.
