Notes
During and after the Underground Pass quest, Koftik in the Underground Pass dungeon will give you a Damp cloth. Use the Damp cloth on Rune arrows to get Rune fire arrows (unlit), and then use the arrows on the nearby fire, or use the right click option to get this. They have the same Ranged Strength bonus as regular Rune arrows; however, they, along with any other fire arrow, can pierce the rope in the Underground Pass (dungeon) and lower the bridge so the player can walk across.
