Item Uses
Can be grown from egg to elder at Player-Owned Farms; Sold to Henrietta (chicken chaser) or Baby Shakes for beans; Used to breed more chickens at Player-Owned Farms.
Notes
Chickens can be traded player to player, but can only be sold on the GE in their unchecked form.
Chickens are kept in the Small pens or the Breeding pen at Player-Owned Farms. Chickens need to be fed while in pens. They eat fruits, seeds, and vegetables. See Fruity mush, Veggie mush, or Seedy mush for available options.
At the Adolescent, Adult, and Elder growth stages the hen will provide 10 Feathers and 1 Egg. The following table shows the the time it takes to grow a chicken and the experience given:
When sold to Henrietta (chicken chaser) for beans the number of beans received is dependent upon the chicken's age. Baby Shakes will pay you 10% of the value that Henrietta (chicken chaser) does:
Curing a chicken from disease provides the following experience:
