Notes
Made by using a Silvthrill rod (Enchanted) and a Rope on the well in the Temple of Paterdomus, west of at Canifis. Give this to Veliaf Hurtz during the In Aid of the Myreque quest. Used to make a Ivandis flail (30) during the Legacy of Seergaze. It starts off as a Rod of ivandis(10) then decreases after each use. It turns to dust after 10 uses. The charges do not count down if you try to use the special when the vampyre is not weak enough.
