Used for the Spirits of the Elid quest. Used to open the first double doors in the water spirits' cave.

The only use of the robe after the quest is to reenter the dungeon. There are a couple fishing spots in the dungeon, but they are often not convenient to use.
If lost or destroyed, the robe can be remade the same way it was made during the Spirits of the Elid quest.
