Item Uses
Activated at the beginning of <a href="/rs3/quest/garden-of-tranquillity">Garden of Tranquillity</a> if desired (highly suggested);
Used to access the <a href="/rs3/skill/agility#werewolf">Werewolf Agility course</a> and Skullball grounds;
Used to charm people into doing things for a cheaper price.
Notes
If you have completed the <a href="/rs3/quest/great-brain-robbery-the">The Great Brain Robbery</a> quest, then <a href="/database/npc/dr-fenkenstrain">Dr Fenkenstrain</a> can be found on Harmony island. If you have completed the <a href="/rs3/quest/garden-of-tranquillity">Garden of Tranquillity</a> quest then you will automatically receive the <a href="/database/item/ring-of-charos-a">Ring of charos (a)</a> instead when you pickpocket him.

After completion of the associated quest, if you have unlocked the entire <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan#hub">Hub track</a>, this item can be retrieved from the Quest Item Storage chest at the <a href="/rs3/special/mays-quest-caravan">Quest Point Caravan</a> if lost or destroyed. Otherwise, a new one can be obtained from <a href="/database/npc/dr-fenkenstrain">Dr Fenkenstrain</a>.

It is suggested to upgrade this ring at the beginning of <a href="/rs3/quest/garden-of-tranquillity">Garden of Tranquillity</a> as the <a href="/rs3/quest/garden-of-tranquillity">Activated</a> ring is necessary for various other <a href="https://www.runehq.com/quest">Quests</a> and has better persuasive abilities.
