There are red and blue mushroom patches growing from the ground in various locations throughout the Tirannwn area. There are blue mushrooms near the central hunter area and red mushrooms on the way towards the underground pass entrance north of Lletya.
These mushrooms can be ground into a powder to be used in making the Meilyr potion for the Plague's end quest.
