Used in the Clock Tower quest to poison the swarming rats in obtaining the white cog. Used in the Rat Catchers quest to poison the rats in the warehouse. To obtain or retrieved from Hooknosed Jack, bring him a Vial, a Clean kwuarm, and Red spiders' eggs.
