A ragefire gland can be obtained as a drop from rune dragons. Two of them can be attached to ragefire boots, to create level 90 hailfire boots. The process cannot be reversed by any means, other than degradation through combat.rnrnRune dragons can only drop this item when killed during a slayer task, while elite rune dragons can drop this item without the need of being assigned rune dragons as a slayer task.
