Quest point cape

Worn for protection; worn to add 30 seconds onto your Tears of Guthix time; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).

Can be purchased when you have completed all available quests for 99,000 gold coins. This comes with the Quest point hood and can be used to create the Hooded quest point cape.

When worn, you can do the special Quest point skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.

This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to the Wise Old Man, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.

This cape will unequip itself once a new quest comes out placing itself in your inventory. If there isn't any room, it will be in your bank. If there isn't any room in your bank, you can get it from the Wise Old Man back for free.

The cape worn by only the most experienced adventurers.
