It is received as part of the reward for bringing a frog token from the Frogs random event to Thessalia of Thessalia's Fine Clothes in Varrock.
Item Uses
The Princess skirt, along with the princess blouse, make up the princess outfit.
Notes
You can obtain them during the Frog Random Event. Recieved by exchanging a from at the Varrock Clothes shop. You can only obtain the princess outfit if you are a female character! If you change your characters gender, then your outfit will automaticly change to a prince outfit or a princess outfit.
