Made by combining <a href="/database/item/small-raw-sillago">Small raw sillago</a>, <a href="/database/item/dry-seaweed">Dry seaweeed</a>, and <a href="/database/item/filled-enchanted-quotvacuumquot-vial">Filled enchanted "vacuum" vial</a>. This item can be created without <a href="/database/npc/wizard-myrtle">Wizard Myrtle</a> being present. Once created, you will need to consume it.
