Used in several quests, including: Hand in the Sand, While Guthix Sleeps, Enlightned Journey, and Goblin Diplomacy;

Used to create Voraga (See Notes).
Notes
This item can only be made during Hand in the Sand, after that you will need to purchase it by talking to Betty. To create it you will need to use Redberries on Bottled water to create Redberry juice. Then add White berries to the juice to create the dye.
Outside of quests, it is most often used to create Cape (pink). Be aware that creating one of these is a requirement for the Hard Falador task set.
Voraga is created by using Pink dye on Vorago. Note that it only works on World 62 and his color is the only change.
