Item Uses
Planted inside of a soil filled plant pot to make a palm seedling and watered to grow into a palm sapling, which can be planted in a fruit tree patch to grow a palm tree.
Notes
When the tree is fully grown, it will continually produce up to six coconuts (after you have checked its health).
