Made by using an Ogre flask (empty) on the Salt water Spa pool in Oo'glog.
The effects of each dose will last for 8-23 minutes total, depending on your Agility level. This flask can hold up to 6 doses from the pool. Note that only 1 type of Spa water can be added to any given flask. Once emptied, the flask will be destroyed.
