Where Found
South of Port Phasmatys, along the water’s edge, is Araxxor’s lair. It is in the lair and across the gap to the West. The plushie is on the East side of the path toward the end.

This plushie is very close to the entrance of the Araxxor Boss fight! Be careful not to misclick.
Upon obtaining the plushie, you may squeeze it for a Shiny columbarium key, or turn it and the other 12 plushies, for a total of 13 plushies, in to Lex. Either way is possible to complete the miniquest.
