Notes
Made by using Tegid's soap and a Bucket of water on a Bloody mourner top during Mourning's Ends Part I. If you lose the top after the quest and kill a Mourner to obtain another, it will not be stained with blood.
A Mourner top is part of the Mourner set along with Mourner gloves, a Mourner cloak, Mourner boots, Mourner trousers and a Gas mask.
