You will need to have finished part of the Rogue Trader Miniquest that allows you to purchase the clothes. Then talk to Ali Morrisane and ask about his selection of clothes to buy. There will be two different kinds of clothing you will be able to purchase. Only one set is available for purcahse at any given time, but you can switch between both kinds of clothing available just by redoing a part of the miniquest. This item is available in either red or purple color. This clothing is only decorative.
