Dropped by the Giant Mole, Goraks, Nail beasts, or Wall beasts. They can also be obtained by catching Wild kebbits only after the Fur 'n' Seek quest. This is not a 100% drop.

Used during the Odd Old Man's wish-list after the Fur 'n' Seek quest.
Notes
Can only be obtained after the quest, while completing the wish-list. Put it in a Pot of vinegar, then use a Log, a pot, and a Tinderbox on the Pot-Boiler to get it polished before handing the bone to the Odd Old Man.
