You will need to go to the top floor of <a href="/rs3/map/draynor-manor-map">Draynor manor</a>, through the portal to the Killerwatt Plane, and kill an additional 10 <a href="/database/monster/killerwatt">Killerwatts</a>, who will drop 10 energy at a time.
It is one of the items on <a href="/database/npc/elon">Elon's</a> <a href="/database/item/elon-s-list">list</a> to repair the T.A.R.D.I.S.
