Notes
Made by using Karambwan paste (Poison) with an Iron spear. The poison can be removed by using the spear with a Cleaning cloth. You need to give this to Tamayu at the Nature Altar mine, north of Shilo Village, during the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest.
