Notes
Can be player made (members) using your Fletching skill. Make an Iron bar, take the bar and a hammer to an anvil, use the bar on the anvil and make Iron bolts (unf) (level 18 required and gives 17 exp). Now attach a feather to the Iron bolts (unf) using Fletching skill (level 39 required and gives 1.5 exp each bolt).
