If you try to read it, it will say that the seal on the scroll is unbreakable." You must take this to King Lathas, on the second floor of the castle in East Ardougne. On your way to the King, Arianwyn will appear and break the seal of he message. Arianwyn will tell you that King Lathas and Lord Iorwerth have used you for their evil plans. If lost, it can be retrieved by talking to Lord Iorwerth.
