Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Summoning level by 1; worn to give a chance of saving charms when infusing pouches; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Summoning hood with the Summoning cape (t). Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Pikkupstix for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Summoning.
When worn, you can do the special Summoning skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Pikkupstix, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
