Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Mining level by 1; worn to give an invisible +2 skill bonus; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Mining hood with the Mining cape (t). Both of these are purchased, as a set, from the Mining master Dwarf for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Mining.
When worn, you can do the special Mining skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to the Mining master Dwarf, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
